NOxDroid in test

The NOxDROID is almost ready. The android app is ready and so is the sensor ingeniously fitted inside a retro bike light along with the IOIO board

NOxDroid Prototype

To test the application Stine has persuaded some of her friends to take a few trips with the NOxDroid. Today was the first testsession. But alas, technological incompatability played its evil trick upon us. The phone (HTC Desire) recognized the connected IOIO board and went into usb charging mode. But no data connection could be established to the IOIO. Hence the testsession ended in tears and despair. Luckily Stine could pull another friend up the hat and we will therefore be setting up NOxDROID for 3 test persons tomorrow.

In our own testing of NOxDROID we have used Huawei IDEOS, HTC Legend, and Samsung Galaxy S, all of which worked flawlessly.
